Skolar Award 2018 finalist Ulrike Pfreundt from ETH Zürich boldly bridges digital architecture and marine ecosystem restoration to create artificial reef structures that could help save our oceans. Ulrike wants to create artificial reef structures by 3D printing and that way find out which aspects of the surface structure are necessary for the coral reef to grow. Read more.
