What is Research Pitching Competition?
Research Pitching Competition by Slush & Skolar is a call for wild and ambitious research ideas. The competition is open to postdoctoral researchers from all around the world and from all fields of research. The finalists of the competition will get a free pitching training and will present their pitches in front of the academic jury at the biggest startup conference in the Nordics, Slush. The winner will receive 100 000 euros for her/his research.

Hosts & Partners
Research Pitching Competition by Slush & Skolar is a truly collaborative effort. The concept was born in the brains of Kaskas Media, a Helsinki-based science communications agency. The final pitching event is produced by Kaskas Media's Skolar Team, who is focused on improving the careers of potdoc researchers – in close collaboration with Slush. The 100K Skolar Award prize is jointly funded by several Finnish research foundations.
