Skolar Award in brief

Skolar Award is a research pitching competition for postdoctoral researchers organised in collaoration with Slush. The competition is open to researchers from all around the world and from all fields of research. The finalists of the competition will get a free pitching training and will present their pitches in front of the academic jury at the biggest startup conference in the Nordics, Slush, on 5th of December 2018. The winner will receive 100 000 euros for her/his research.

Skolar Award

Hosts & Partners

Skolar Award is a truly collaborative effort. The concept of Skolar Award belongs to Kaskas Media, a Helsinki-based science and research communications agency. The final pitching event is produced in collaboration with Slush. The project and its 100K prize is funded by several Finnish foundations.
